He actually suggested that I go to another flooring store and gave me two names of places I had not thought about. How many salesmen would do that? Two weeks later, we ended up back at Carpet One when the flooring that looked good in the other store did not look so good in our kitchen. Again, Mike was very helpful. When we found something that looked good in our kitchen, he picked it up at the distributor for us so we could get started on laying the floor right away, as he just happened to be driving close by. He also gave us good advice on how to do the DIY installation.
